Structure has not been my friend. It suggests confining, rigid, limited, and expressionless space. Structure is a prison; or lt has always seemed. Intellectually, I know how restricted I have been in the chaos of my creation. Thus, my goal is to create a space that illustrates the value of structured freedom: An ongoing framework within which I might flourish. Casual observers might think “Oh, you’ve created an online calendar for yourself–how nice.” And, that’s O-kay (Stuart Smalley voice). Disciplined readers (and participants) may hold an entirely different view. Then again, maybe they won’t. Only time will tell.
